Full papers should be submitted by September 15, 2019.
Condition to the publication of the paper is the payment of the conference feeby October 15, 2019.
However the payment of the conference fee does not guarantee the publication of the submitted materials, the editors board reserves the right to refuse the publication regardless of the conference fee paid.
