Today, the Department of World Economy of St. Petersburg State University is implementing one bachelor's program "Economics (with in-depth study of the Chinese economy and the Chinese language)." The implementation of the program began in 2017, and its relevance is due to the growing role of the People's Republic of China (PRC) in the global economy and the high demand for specialists in the field of economics and business with knowledge of the Chinese language.
