TUITION

If accepted to the program you will be expected to pay tuition fee in amount of 2980 euro. The program is divided into modules. There is a possibility either to go through the whole program or to take a specific module. Tutition fee accordingly could be charged either for the program or for a single module.  The cost of a single module is 900 euro.

The fee for the program includes:

•  visa support letter

•  welcoming party

•  passport registration in Russia

•  reading package

•  academic fee

•  boat trip

•  company visits, enterprise forums and round tables

•  gala dinner

The fee does not include:

•  applying and obtaining Russian entry visa

•  transportation to and from Saint Petersburg

•  accommodation in Saint Petersburg

While the program does not offer accommodation we can assist in you finding the suitable for you option. Here are several alternatives:

Student's dormitory

Renting an apartment

The price for an average apartment is 200-300 euro and 300-400 euro is paid for centrally located one.

note if you use  agencies while finding the apartment you would pay commission that is subject to negotiations and normally accounts of 50-100% of the 1 month rate. 

Renting and sharing an apartment

In case you would like to go for this option the easiest way is to inform us so we may see if you could be paired with someone.

GETTING THERE

Once accepted you will receive an official confirmation of your acceptance to the program together with it a visa support letter.

The visa support letter, an application form and 2 passport size photographs are the normal set of items necessary to apply for and receive Russian visa. It takes 2 weeks to apply for and obtain visa but fast track procedure is also available (and more expensive).

Flying directly to Saint Petersburg may be expensive from some destinations. In this case we recommend checking flights to Helsinki and / or Moscow and then taking the train to Saint Petersburg.
